Who is JANVIXO for?
JANVIXO is currently focused on automobile dealers and their sales, billing and insurance teams.
Does the trial start immediately?
Yes. After account and workspace creation, the 14-day trial starts immediately. Super Admin approval is not needed to begin.
Can I add my team?
Yes. The Workspace Owner creates company employees, gives them a temporary password and decides their role and access.
Can every employee see everything?
No. Menus and actions are role-based. Sales, billing and insurance work can be controlled separately.
How are payments handled?
Sales invoices are created per customer. Collection responsibility, due amount and payment history stay linked to the invoice.
Can I request a paid plan?
Yes. The Workspace Owner can upgrade from Plan & usage through secure Razorpay online payment.
