Terms of Use

Using JANVIXO
You may use JANVIXO only for lawful business activities. The Workspace Owner is responsible for authorised users, employee access, account security and the accuracy and legality of information entered or shared through the workspace.
Business records and invoices
JANVIXO helps a business create, organise and track operational records. It is not a chartered accountant, tax adviser, legal adviser, government filing system or a substitute for statutory books, original vouchers and independent backups.
The Workspace Owner and authorised users are responsible for verifying the customer, supply, item, quantity, price, discount, tax rate, GSTIN, due date and every other invoice detail before saving or sharing it. They are also responsible for issuing credit or debit notes, filing returns, paying taxes and retaining records for the legally required period.
Do not create false, misleading, duplicate or improperly backdated records. An invoice or payment entry must not be treated as proof that goods were supplied, money was received or a legal requirement was completed unless the Workspace Owner has independently verified the underlying transaction.
Corrections, cancellation and deletion
JANVIXO may preserve cancelled invoices, reversed payments and audit events instead of deleting them, so the history remains reviewable. Users must use the available correction, reversal, credit-note or cancellation workflow and record an accurate reason. We may refuse a deletion request where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or audit integrity.
Owner backups and continuity
The Workspace Owner must regularly export and securely retain important invoices, receipts, customer documents and reports outside JANVIXO. Although reasonable safeguards and recovery processes are used, the service may experience interruption, corruption, accidental loss or circumstances outside our reasonable control. JANVIXO should not be the only copy of records needed to run a business or meet a legal obligation.
Privacy and lawful customer contact
Users must collect and use personal data lawfully, restrict access to people who need it and honour applicable privacy and communication requirements. The Privacy Policy explains how JANVIXO processes information for the service.
Plans, payments and suspension
Plan limits and billing terms shown at purchase apply to the workspace. Access may become restricted or read-only when a trial or paid period ends, a payment is reversed, limits are exceeded, or use threatens security or violates these Terms.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep JANVIXO reliable and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JANVIXO is not responsible for indirect or consequential business loss caused by inaccurate user-entered data, failure to keep independent records, unauthorised account use, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Support, disputes and changes
Report billing, security or data concerns promptly through the Contact page so they can be investigated. These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes may be announced inside JANVIXO. The laws of India apply, subject to any mandatory rights or forum that applicable law requires.
